These terms explain how Bridgeee may be used by students, mentors, and other account holders.

1. Overview
Bridgeee connects students with mentors for informational mentoring, lesson scheduling, messaging, and payments.
By creating an account or using any part of Bridgeee, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, current, and secure.
If you join as a mentor, you are also responsible for the accuracy of your profile, pricing, availability, and other information you publish on the platform.
- Use your real identity and contact information.
- Choose the correct role when signing up or using mentor features.
- Do not create accounts for fraud, harassment, spam, or other abusive conduct.
3. Bookings, Lessons, and Payments
Lessons are arranged through the booking and checkout tools provided by Bridgeee.
A booking is not fully confirmed until the applicable scheduling and payment steps shown in the product have been completed. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and any disputes or delays related to payments shall be governed by the terms of those providers.
- Prices shown on the platform may change over time.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the published cancellation policy and any provider requirements.
4. Messaging, Reviews, and Conduct
Bridgeee may provide messaging, reviews, favorites, and related communication features to help mentors and students coordinate.
You are responsible for the content you send or publish and must not post illegal, misleading, abusive, infringing, or spam content.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or impersonate other users.
- Do not submit fake reviews or misleading claims.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform safeguards, payment flows, or abuse-detection systems.
5. Platform Role and Service Scope
Bridgeee provides software and coordination tools for informational mentoring and does not guarantee lesson quality, hiring outcomes, visa results, or any specific personal or business result.
Bridgeee is not a job placement or recruitment service and does not verify every statement made by users. Users shall use this service at their own risk and responsibility.
6. Suspension, Termination, and Updates
Bridgeee may suspend access or remove content when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to safety, fraud, or policy concerns.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bridgeee shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
If liability is recognized, the maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user to Bridgeee.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator.
